Welcome to our warm and professional tour guide family. You are beginning a journey that is both challenging and meaningful.
導遊不是只負責介紹景點的人。我們是文化的橋樑，是團體的引路人，是旅程品質的守門人，也常是突發狀況下的第一線處理者。
A tour guide is more than someone who explains places. We are cultural ambassadors, group leaders, quality keepers, and often the first to respond in unexpected situations.
我們接待來自世界各地的旅客，不論是外國旅人或海外僑民。只有學會從「他們的角度」看台灣，才能說出讓人感動的故事。這需要語言，也需要跨文化理解的能力。
We welcome visitors from around the world — whether they are international visitors or overseas Taiwanese. To tell meaningful stories, we must learn to see Taiwan from their point of view. This takes language skill and cultural understanding.
導遊這行，其實有點像古代的鏢師。旅行社把團交給你，就是信任你能帶團完成任務、平安返還。你不需要會武功，但必須有應變的智慧與人脈。
Being a tour guide is a bit like an old-time caravan leader. When an agency gives you a group, they are trusting you to complete the mission and return safely. You don’t need martial arts, but you do need quick thinking and strong connections.
